Every endoscope repair is performed by a team of experienced and skilled technicians. Our workshop is equipped with machines, tools and equipments for executing repairs that result in a level that our customers expect or exceed.
Repairs are offered based on a contract or quotation. A repair contract can be “tailor made” to suit the needs for a quick turn around and standard pricing. Individual repairs are executed on approval of a quotation that is based on the results of an assessment.
Consultancy
Regarding questions, about the use, maintenance, performance, function etc., we offer consultancy. Consultancy is given for a sustainable and reliable use to minimize the costs and maximize the performance of the endoscope.
Consultancy is a service in handling all kind of issues for support of the “daily” business that revolves around endoscopes/optical systems. Our consultancy is available for projects or could be a participation in your project.

Support
Problem solving and guidence in situations that could occur in the repair process, in the day-to-day business, is what we provide. There is a team of experience technicians that are available to give support in the field of repairs, parts, equipment and tools. A SLA contract is offered based on the needs and demands of the customer.
Training
A training for technicians in repairing endoscopes and keeping up to date is key and therefore we offer personal training. The trainings range from the entry level of beginner up to specialist. Based on the experience and knowlegde of the participant(s) training can be to improve the level of experience or to master the repair a new brand/model endoscope.
